‘Athena’s Garden’ sprouting at Woodland Star

Woodland Star Charter School hosts an open house for “Athena’s Garden: An Early Childhood & Parenting Program” on Saturday, February 9, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The first five years of life are critical in laying the foundation for a child’s healthy physical, emotional, and mental development. Parents play a most important role in this endeavor by providing the ongoing care and support their children need in order to mature and thrive.

Equally crucial is ongoing parental care and support throughout the parenting journey. “Athena’s Garden: An Early Childhood & Parenting Program” provides supportive learning opportunities for parents and their young children. With the guidance of early childhood experts, families gather on a regular basis in a safe, nurturing, and creative environment to learn more about the art of parenting young children.

To RSVP for the event call 549.6264 or 996.3849.
