A modified rain barrel is a great way to capture water off your roof to store for future landscaping. The how-to’s will be explained in a “Make Your Own Rain Barrel” workshop on Saturday, January 26, 1 to 4 p.m. at the Sonoma Community Center ^[1].

The session will walk you though the fundamentals of rain catchment and show how to outfit your own rain barrel through hands-on instruction.
