Young performers from the Sonoma Conservatory of Dance present “The Snow Maiden,” the classic Russian folktale version of “The Nutcracker,” coming to the Sebastiani Theatre on December 7 and 8.

They will be joined by dozens of dancers from the conservatory’s elementary levels through advanced, including Angelica Griggs-Demmin as the Frost Fairy; Natalie Anderson as the Ice Princess; Olivia Cole, Elizabeth Eagles, Isabel Falls and Siobhan O’Reilly as the Four Winds; Natalie Baker as the Snow Queen and Anika Ljung as the Firebird.
The adorable Snow Drops and other magical characters complete the enchanting picture. 1 p.m. each day. Reserved seating $12-$22. Tickets available now at the conservatory (476 First St. E.), the theatre, 938.1424 or 996.9756.
