A bill to allow officers to more easily identify airsoft guns as imitation firearms instead of real guns, as in the Andy Lopez case, was signed Tuesday by Gov. Jerry Brown. Under discussion will be approval of the final Springs Community Alliance by-laws; nominations for the Springs Community Executive Committee, taken from the floora brief discussion about vacation rentals; and community announcements.
